A.B.S. Training focuses on a mix of exercises that target the Abdominal area(core), Booty(glutes), and Strength(building muscle), a full body workout no equipment needed. The different types of exercises utilized in this training are Pilates, Body (Weight) Strength Training & HIIT. It provides an infusion of different movement styles for full body toning, all while building overall flexibility and internal strength. We target and isolate each ABS and hourglass workout combination for the ultimate result. Moderate to high energy is useful to stay focused on targeted areas but these workout combos can easily be modified and executed as Low Intensity Interval Training if necessary.
Also, my workouts can still be done by men too, my hubby loves them! You'll feel your back, glutes, and core come alive in these workouts, so don't forget to breathe, stay hydrated, stay alert, stay alive, and stay in the comfort of your home with no equipment needed. It's Go time!

My A.B.S. training, standing for Abs, Booty, Strength, is an overall full body workout no equipment program that consists of a mix of Pilates, Body (Weight) Strength Training, and HIIT exercises. Sometimes, I'll throw in some yoga movements, muscle-focused isolation exercises, abs and hourglass workouts, and some shadowboxing to keep it interesting. All organized to get your heart pumping and body sweating, promote core stimulation, and get you fired up in a short period of time. I highly suggest digging deep to get your mind engaged with your inner self and body's energy so you can focus inward to reach your personal goals and utilize that inner Beast (God)dess inside!
